Lou Greenstein, Epicurean Consulting
Nationally renowned food and culinary historian, Lou Greenstein will teach members how to
design and create edible centerpieces.
Mr. Greenstein has a degree in restaurant
management from UMass Amherst. He has managed hotels, country clubs, and restaurants.
He worked as a chef on Boston's "Good Day Show" and "Sunday Open House."
Meeting will take place at the Loring Center
